VCCA

The Vietnam Copyright and Creative Authors Association (VCCA) is a social-professional organization that operates as a non-governmental organization (NGO). It was established under Decision No. 404/QD-BNV dated March 19, 2021, by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Operating under the state management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in its specialized field, the VCCA brings together a diverse network of leading authors, artists, producers, and intellectual property experts.

In the context of the digital economy's boom, the VCCA has identified its core mission as protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Vietnam's creative community. To address this challenge, we developed the Certiva.org Creative Disclosure Portal—a pioneering technology platform that provides authors with a tool to register and manage copyright evidence in a secure, transparent, and legally valid manner.

This platform is not only a protection tool but also a bridge for the commercialization of works, thereby contributing to building a transparent intellectual property ecosystem and promoting the development of Vietnam's cultural industries.
